UK delivery only

We sell and ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are fulfilled from Nairobi Coffee & Tea Co., 1a Shakespeare Street, Watford, WD24 5RY.

Standard and next-day delivery

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.95. Free standard delivery on eligible orders of £25.00 and above. Estimated transit time: 2–4 business days.
  • Next-Day Tracked Delivery: £5.95. Estimated transit time: 1 business day. This service is available on orders placed on weekdays before 12pm (midday, UK time), where offered at checkout. The standard free-delivery threshold does not make next-day delivery free.

Subscription delivery

Our UK subscription delivery rates are:

  • Subscription orders from £0.00 to £15.00 inclusive: £3.95 for Standard Tracked Delivery.
  • Subscription orders of £15.01 and above: free Standard Tracked Delivery.

The estimated transit time for subscription standard delivery is 2–4 business days. The applicable delivery charge and any qualifying free-delivery offer are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates and order details

Transit times are estimates after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Available services and the delivery estimate for your order are displayed at checkout. Orders placed after the next-day cutoff or on weekends or bank holidays are not eligible for the following-business-day service on that basis.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If your order includes items fulfilled separately, the checkout will show the available delivery options and total delivery charge before payment.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery estimate, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the problem. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
